I worked with Vinay at VMware. He has very strong SQL skills, being able to extract and transform data from hundreds of tables in a single query from our DWH. Along with that he had a passion to build ML models and learn new algorithms. He is a great team player who is always ready to help and deliver on time.

I have worked with Vinay in ABInbev. After he joined, it did not take him long to impress everyone with the knowledge and expertise he brought with him. Vinay is not someone who just knows how to implement algorithms. He also understands the mathematics behind data science. This makes him capable of carrying out great cutting-edge research and bring out of box ideas to the table. A lot of this is due to his continuous learning mindset. He always tends to keep himself updated with the latest trends and tools. He is also a great addition to any team because of his interpersonal skills. A very helpful team player, he never hesitates to share his knowledge with his colleagues. Hence, he can be a great mentor to young recruits.
