I'm Vinay Prasanth Kamma, a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Workday based in Dublin, California.
I have 10 years of experience across machine learning, data engineering, analytics, and applied AI. My current work focuses on designing and delivering enterprise AI platforms, evaluation frameworks, agentic systems, and cloud-scale ML capabilities.
I'm particularly interested in the systems around the model—the evaluation harnesses, orchestration layers, security controls, feedback loops, and cloud infrastructure that determine whether an AI application remains reliable after the demo.
